I am new to investing especially stocks but better now than never so any ideas as to which service to user how long does it take to actually own a stock and selling takes place from the time you request a sell

How can I become a foreign exchange student from America to another county?
I’m going to the 9th grade and want to spend my 10th grade year in Germany I have family there and come back home to 11th grade is this possible ( i got the idea from a movie) does it cost money? if so how much

You should actually spend your junior year there — it will work out better for you.
Having said that, the traditional method is to use an exchange student organization. If you have family, you’re can do what’s known as a “direct placement” where they apply to be a host family and you apply to to be an exchange student. (Make sure you’re using the same program!)
These are the the two top organizations and both have this feature:
The top three are AFS, YFU and Rotary Exchange. I’m not sure if Rotary does just summer programs however.

However, you might also have your family in Germany check and see if you can go over there without a program. Some countries allow it, some don’t.
